Frequently Asked Questions

Q. I've been involved in an accident, what should I do ?

A. Call your insurer and lodge a claim immediately. Be sure to obtain a claim number. If your car is drivable, just bring it to our shop for an on the spot estimate so we can get the repair process under way straight away.

Q. Can I get a quote for the repairs to my car over the phone ?

A. Unfortunately no. There are too many variables when it comes to fixing cars and we really must see the vehicle and the full extent of the damage before we can commit ourselves to a price and a time frame. You do not have to make an appointment for a quotation, just come in any time between 7.30am and 4.30pm Mon- Fri, and we will do it for you on the spot.

Q. If I claim on my insurance will I have to pay an excess even though I am not at fault ?

A. If you have all of the details of the third party involved, there is no reason why an excess should apply. You are much better off putting the claim through your own insurance to avoid all of the delays and dramas associated with a third party insurance claim. Let your insurance company do that for you.

A. No. A car is a total loss only when the price of repairs exceeds the insurance company's determined value of your vehicle. Our highly skilled technicians, with the aid of our state-of-the-art computer measuring system, can return your vehicle to its original factory specifications.
