Bituminous Based Wax Treatments

Beams traditional Bituminous Based Wax treatments have effectively protected vehicles in the mining and resource sector for many years. The Mine Spec BS300 is considered the minimum requirement for surface vehicles and the Mine Spec BS500 is a Heavy Duty version typically used in underground, coastal and salt or fertiliser applications.

Ultratect Epoxy Based Treatments

In collaboration with Dupont Industrial Coatings and consultation with leading resource companies Beam have developed the “Ultratect” Epoxy based range of highly durable coatings that deliver outstanding corrosion and chemical resistance for protection for of vehicles operating in the harshest environments.

The range includes Ultratect “Corlar” which is a High Build 2K epoxy mastic for coating chassis and underbody areas and Ultratect “Imron” which is a 2K teflon/polyurethane clearcoat for coating exterior high gloss painted surfaces such as vehicle cabs and body modules.

The Ultratect product range is Beams next generation of industrial strength coatings and we highly recommend fleet owners consider these coatings if they are serious about protecting and extending the useful life of their valuable mobile assets.
